WASHINGTON DC: US Vice President Joe Biden introduced Wednesday he will not run for the White House in 2016, eradicating a possible impediment to frontrunner Hillary Clinton’s path to the Democratic presidential nomination.
“I consider we’re out of time, the time essential to mount a profitable marketing campaign for the nomination,” Biden stated in the White House Rose Backyard with President Barack Obama and his spouse Jill at his aspect.
“Whereas I am not going to be a candidate, I will converse out clearly and forcefully as to the place we stand as a celebration and the place we have to go as a nation.”
